Twink Gay Porn Star Trent Olsen Now Facing Federal Child Porn Charges For Rape Video With 8-Year-Old Brother
As previously reported back in January, twink gay porn star Trent Olsen was arrested in Las Vegas for possession and attempted sale of a child porn video. That video—which, according to Las Vegas police, was seen on Olsen’s cell phone at the time of his arrest in fellow gay porn star Daniel Hausser’s apartment— allegedly shows Olsen raping his 8-year-old brother, and Olsen is accused of trying to sell the video to an unidentified Snapchat user.
While Olsen had been facing a child porn charge in the state of Nevada, Str8Up can now report that the case has been transferred to the federal court (because Olsen attempted to sell the video over the internet) representing the state where it’s alleged that Olsen made the video, and the trial will now be held in the United States District Court For The District Of Idaho.
Because the child porn count is now a federal charge, Olsen (whose legal name is Andrew Jemmett) is facing up to 30 years in prison if convicted:
The criminal complaint (read it below) filed by a Homeland Security agent goes into disturbing detail on where and how Olsen allegedly anally and orally raped his 8-year-old brother in a bathroom at Idaho State University, and it includes a message that Olsen allegedly sent to the Snapchat user who was looking to buy the video. When the user asked Olsen what he liked about making the video with his brother, Olsen allegedly said, “fuckin his ass.” The complaint states that the Snapchat user was going to buy the rape video for $150.

As previously reported, while Olsen was in jail in Las Vegas, his boyfriend at the time, Daniel Hausser, visited Olsen in jail and recorded said visit in an Instagram video. In that video, Olsen appears to confess to Hausser that he raped his brother and attempted to sell the video via Snapchat. And as the criminal complaint above states, Olsen made a similar confession to the Las Vegas police. As of post time, Olsen has been transferred to an Idaho detention facility and is awaiting trial.
