Zohran Mamdani Wins NYC Mayoral Race, Defeating MAGA-Endorsed Andrew Cuomo

At first it seemed weird to be so inspired by someone in a city 3,000 miles away that might not have any impact on my life, but I think Zohran Mamdani represents what’s possible everywhere in this country, not just NYC, and that should give us all hope. He won the mayoral election tonight by about 10 points (results here), finally vanquishing horrific Trump puppet Andrew Cuomo, who was already forced out of office years ago for sexually harassing multiple women, but was propped up by billionaire oligarchs one last time.

Mamdani should be addressing supporters momentarily in the livestream below.
