Man Who Attacked Las Vegas Judge Back In Court Wearing Muzzle And Net Around His Head
The muzzle is giving Hannibal Lecter vibes, but I can’t understand the point of the netting over his entire head. I guess if he tried to spit on someone, it might prevent some of the spit from getting out, but not all of it, since the net has to be somewhat porous, otherwise he wouldn’t be able to breathe. As you’ll recall, this is the maniac who jumped over a court bench last week and attacked a judge who was about to sentence him to prison. Today, the sentencing hearing resumed, with the judge back in court and looking good. She sentenced him to at least 19 months in prison (the exact sentence is 19-48 months), and this obviously doesn’t include any time for the assault he carried out last week, which will be prosecuted in a different court.
