Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Arrested For Running Global Sex Trafficking And Prostitution Ring
Abercrombie & Fitch CEO Mike Jeffries and his lover Matt Smith were finally arrested this morning for running an international sex trafficking and prostitution ring using A&F models who were lured into fucking the old men in exchange for modeling gigs. Prosecutors say the couple and another man, Jim Jacobson, paid dozens of men to travel around the world for multiple hardcore gay orgies for nearly a decade, beginning in 2008. (Interesting how this sounds exactly like what Sean Cody model poacher Donald Burns literally admitted to doing when questioned by federal prosecutors during the Jarec Wentworth trial, but I guess the DOJ wasn’t in the mood to file charges against him. Lucky break, Don!) The Jeffries indictment states there are 15 victims, identified as John Does #1-15, and the former CEO faces life in prison for his crimes. More via CNN:
ADDED:
I just went back and read some of my Jarec Wentworth trial coverage—specifically, Donald Burns’ testimony—and this part certainly takes on a whole new life today:
On the witness stand, Donald Burns admitted that he had “four or five” pay-for-sex meetings with Wentworth, and that he paid between $1500 and $2500 per meeting. Burns claimed that one of the times he had sex with Wentworth, in the Bel Air Hotel, was an unpaid sexual encounter. According to Burns, he served as a sort of “mentor” for Wentworth, and was even trying to help him pursue a mainstream modeling career with companies like Abercrombie & Fitch. Burns also admitted that he paid Wentworth $1500-$2500 in referral fees each time Wentworth sent him a Sean Cody model to fuck. The first pay-for-sex meeting included Burns and two Sean Cody models, and as these meetings progressed, they sometimes included Burns and up to four Sean Cody models all at the same time.
It really is quite a small world for these wealthy old freaks…
