Exclusive: Drake Von Hospitalized For Undisclosed Cause; Hearing For Felony Battery And Robbery Trial Moved To October
Gay-for-pay porn star Drake Von (legal name Dawson Bacon) was due in a Las Vegas courtroom this morning for a preliminary hearing on his felony battery and robbery charges stemming from his arrest back in June, but that hearing was continued today while Von is currently hospitalized. The defense is likely still working on a plea deal, and the continuance presumably would’ve been requested regardless of Von’s alleged hospitalization.
The court docket, as seen below, obviously doesn’t state why Von has been hospitalized, but Str8UpGayPorn has reached out to one of Von’s reps for comment. The restraining order issued for Von’s alleged victim has been renewed, and the new hearing date is now October 14th. Von faces a separate trial in November on a DUI charge, to which he pleaded not guilty just last week.

A source tells Str8Up that they just spoke with Drake Von on the phone. Von now says he’s home and in bed, but “can’t move and doesn’t know what’s wrong.” Assuming his attorney didn’t commit perjury in court this morning, Von may have been hospitalized earlier, but has since been sent home.
