[UPDATED] Following True Life Episode, Ex-Wife Accuses Sean Cody’s Sean Of Threatening To Beat Son For Being Gay

The fallout from the disastrous decision to give MTV access to Sean Cody and Men.com gay-for-pay porn stars continues.

Sean Cody’s Sean went on MTV’s True Life last night to tell everyone how much he hated having gay sex, and he also took the opportunity to introduce everyone to his new wife and his children (at least one of whom was from a previous relationship). This was a very stupid thing to do in pretty much every single way possible, and the consequences of this very stupid thing are already starting to play out.

Here’s what happens after you go on a dumb reality TV show, as seen in a comment posted to the MTV True Life Update article from this morning:

ginaI’m working to verify “Gina’s” identity now, but even if she’s completely lying (and I think she’s probably being mostly truthful), this is exactly why the old Sean Cody never allowed their models to interact with media or have public personas. What a sad, ugly mess.

UPDATE:

Sean/Ben has officially joined Twitter. He’s denying all of the allegations made against him by his ex, and he’s told one of his followers that he’s “highly involved with the gay community.”

Sean joins Brandon as the only other Sean Cody model “allowed” to have a Twitter (Tanner famously had one last year, but he was ordered to delete it). Now that the studio’s marketing has been completely taken over by its new parent company, MindGeek, you can expect more and more models to have social media profiles, which will likely result in a lot more public drama like this.
