MAGA Down: Trump Lawyer Sidney Powell Flips, Pleads Guilty In Georgia Election Case And Agrees To Testify Against Co-Defendants
First it was the “Sergeant,” and now a second Trump lunatic has taken a plea deal from the government. Former Trump lawyer and notoriously brain dead bimbo Sidney Powell pleaded guilty today to conspiring to overturn the 2020 election in Georgia, and she’s only going to be sentenced to probation. In exchange for that, she’s agreed to testify against her fellow co-defendants in the case, including Trump. I’m assuming that her testimony is going to be highly damning, otherwise there’s no way prosecutors would’ve given her such a good deal. Report via MSNBC:
Powell pleaded guilty to six misdemeanors accusing her of conspiring to intentionally interfere with the performance of election duties, and she had originally been charged with much more serious offenses, including racketeering.
It must be such a somber yet startling day for all the MAGAts out there, having to watch their (former) fellow patriots abandoning all of their principles and turning on their leader, all just to save their own asses. Maybe Sidney and the Sergeant don’t really believe that Trump is the rightful president after all? Oh, dear.
