Exclusive: Corbin Fisher’s Elian Reveals His Favorite Scenes, Why He Started Porn When He Was In High School, What He Really Thinks Of Max, And More!

I’m talking, of course, about the inimitable Elian, and for the first time ever, he’s opening up about how he became “Elian,” his work at Corbin Fisher, his love for his fans, and so much more in this Str8UpGayPorn exclusive.
Str8UpGayPorn: Hello, Elian! It’s so exciting to finally chat with you, as I’ve been such a huge fan. How old are you now, and what city do you call home?
Elian: Hi, Zach! I just turned 22, and I’m currently living in Las Vegas. Originally, I was born and raised in Cuba. My family and I moved out to the states when I was 13 years old.
And then five years later, you started at Corbin Fisher. What made you decide to do porn, and how did you end up at Corbin Fisher?
I remember one night, coming back from work. I had just turned 18 and I was talking to my sister about my job and how awful it was. She started complaining about her job, too, and we went on a rant for an hour or so, and I guess that rant led to an idea. I looked at her and said, “Why don’t we apply for porn?”
I think that idea occurs to more people than many of us realize, especially these days.
Right, I feel like everyone has thought about what it would be like at some point in their lives. Most people don’t really know how the recruiting process even works, because I sure didn’t. I didn’t know how to get in or who to talk to, and none of my friends were in the business. So, I did the next most logical step, I Googled “porn job applications,” and sure enough, I found a website. Put my information in, and a recruiter contacted me like a month after I applied. That recruiter was the one that linked me with Corbin Fisher, and that’s how I got started.
Did you have any idea that you’d become so loved with such a massive fan base? I’ve jokingly called you “king” Elian in my reviews, but it’s basically the truth in terms of how popular you are.
I honestly mean it when I say I didn’t expect to get so much positive attention on the site. I would check the blogs and listen to the feedback of the Corbin Fisher crew, and it was very rewarding knowing that people were accepting of me, and that they liked the videos that I was in. I do have to admit that I’ve been bad at replying to the fans, and most of them have been really sweet.
Has it ever been overwhelming? I know some fans can get carried away.
Well, you know, they tell me how much they like my content and stuff like that, but I also get a lot of people that think of me as a furniture that they can just put a price on and own, I guess.
Like, people have offered to pay you? But you’re not an escort, right?
Right, and I think of porn differently than I do of being an escort. I don’t do any type of escort services, for any price.
I guess because there are so many stars who do escort, some fans might assume that all stars do. By the way, do you think of yourself that way, as a “star”?
I don’t consider myself a “star,” and I don’t ever bring up my work in my personal life unless I have to. It’s not that I’m ashamed of it, but I just don’t enjoy being in the spotlight.
Really? Why not?
It’s due to the fact that people expect you to be and act a certain type of way when they hear the words “porn star.” There’s still a lot of negative connotations towards the profession, and being part of the gay community, it’s really hard to escape that.
Has anyone ever recognized you out in public?
I have been recognized a couple times when I go to gay bars, but I’ve never had anyone approach me on the side of the street, which is good ha ha. And actually, when I was in high school, one person found out, and the next thing I know, everyone knew about it.
Wow, I didn’t know you started when you were still in high school. That must’ve been crazy.
Yeah, it definitely made my senior year interesting, to say the least. Since then, I’ve been open about what I’ve done, and again, I’m not ashamed to admit it. After all, I am where I am today thanks to porn. I always say, you’re not allowed to judge me unless you’re paying my bills.
Do people outside of porn know about your work?
My family knows about it, and they have been nothing but accepting. I’ve had many friends who tried to put me down, humiliate me, and take away from my accomplishments due to the fact that I did porn. Those friends, I just delete them out of my life and move on.
Congratulations on your Str8Up award win for Best Top, for your scene with Noah, which was one of the finest topping performances I’ve ever seen. You’ve done it all on Corbin Fisher, but in real life, do you prefer topping, bottoming, or both?
When it comes to my sexual life, I love both sides, topping and bottoming. People don’t believe me cause it’s rare to find guys that are versatile, but hey, I don’t like to limit myself on the things I’m able to do in the bedroom—to some extent of course.
You’ve been pretty dominant and intense in your scenes. Is that how you are off-camera?
I’m definitely more on the vanilla side. I’ve never used toys or done anything crazy. I just get really into it when I like my partner, and I guess that makes it “intense,” but to me that’s how sex should be. You should feel like you’re one with your partner, you’re building that connection both physically and mentally during sex.
Many people consider that first scene you filmed with Max to be among your best. That connection you mentioned, it’s so clear you had it with him.
Oh yeah, filming with Max was awesome. To me, he was one of the most beautiful guys I’ve ever met, both inside and out.
Was the chemistry with him as real as I’ve always liked to think it was? Did you spend time together outside of Corbin Fisher, and did you ever become more than friends?
Yeah, I would say those scenes were pretty real. Outside of work, we did meet up and hung out, but it was never a relationship. Sadly, I haven’t talked to him in a long time.
You also had a scene with a model named Brett, who had been identified as your real-life boyfriend. What was it like filming with him, and will he be back for more?
Actually, Brett is not my boyfriend, he’s just a buddy of mine. He’s an awesome guy who I enjoy spending time with, and I was like, why not bring him into work ha ha. I mean, considering he’s super handsome and hot. I honestly don’t know right now if he’ll be back.
Do you watch your own scenes?
I do not like watching my scenes at all ha ha. I just find it weird seeing myself on camera or listening to my voice. I just find it cringe-y and funny. So, I try to avoid that. But sometimes one has to watch a video in order to critique yourself and get better at things. I usually just read the comments of the fans, they are the best critics.
You went on a year-long hiatus with no scenes, but then you came back to Corbin Fisher late last year. What’s been the best thing about working with them?
I’ve only worked with Corbin Fisher, and I wouldn’t work with any other company. One of the reasons I’ve done porn with them for so long was not only that they allowed me to come back, but also that I’ve enjoyed coming to film. The atmosphere was always super friendly, but also very professional. Never felt uncomfortable with the crew, got treated super well, and it felt like family in a sense.
If you could go back in time to pre-Elian days, before you started performing, and give yourself one piece of advice, what would you tell yourself?
If I could go back in time, my biggest advice to my younger self would be to not stress so much about the way I looked. I remember when I first started filming, I had really bad acne and it made me very self-conscious of my face. Especially when you can see yourself on camera, and viewers can comment about any defect or flaw. Which I understand, it’s porn after all, and people want good looking guys.
You’re one of the very few CF performers who has not performed in a bisexual or straight scene. Would you do one if asked?
I would not decline, but I was never offered one. However, gay scenes do pay better, and me being gay, doing a straight scene just didn’t make much sense.
I know this might not be easy, but could you identify your top three favorite scenes, and tell us one or two things about each one that you liked?
My top three…man, I’ve done so many videos. OK, not in any order, but first off, I really enjoyed the scene where I bottomed for Colt. Colt as we all know has a pretty nice dick and build to him, which made it a no-brainer.
And then, one of my scenes with Max—the one where I got to top Max. I mean, it’s Max, that’s all I got to say. Seeing this man’s expressions while getting fucked, it’s an incredible sight to behold.
Lastly, that Christmas scene with Jude. Jude had a super hot body for his age, and bottoming for him hit the spot. I’m also a sucker for Christmas, and I really liked how the scene wasn’t just rushed right into fucking. We took our time playing with the decorations, and him playing with my ass ha ha.
Before I let you go, is there anything you’d like to tell fans who’ve been appreciating and enjoying your work over the last few years?
Again, I apologize for not being more responsive to people’s comments and messages, I just prefer to keep some of my privacy. I cannot express enough how thankful I am to the fans. If it wasn’t for their feedback and support, I wouldn’t have had the opportunities I’ve had at Corbin Fisher. I owe it all to the fans!
