[UPDATED] Exclusive: Drake Von Arrested For Domestic Battery, Accused Of Strangling Victim In Las Vegas
[This story is being continually updated below.]
Gay-for-pay porn star Drake Von, legal name Dawson Bacon, has been arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada and charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation, felony coercion of domestic violence using physical force, and misdemeanor domestic battery. The victim has not (and likely will not, unless they choose to come forward) been identified, but the violent attack is said to have taken place in a Las Vegas home yesterday, June 2nd.
The docket from Clark County, Las Vegas is below (click to enlarge):
23-year-old Dawson Bacon—who began performing in gay porn at the age of 18 alongside his twin brother, Silas Brooks—is still in custody in a Las Vegas jail as of post time, with bond set at $25,246. Note that that bond includes $23,250 for the new domestic battery charges, and also a $1,996 bond for Bacon’s pre-existing charge of driving without a license.
As Str8Up first reported nearly one year ago (and periodically mentioned when Men.com released one of his new scenes), a warrant was issued for Bacon’s arrest last August after he was charged with driving without a license and insurance, as well as not having his vehicle registered. Despite that outstanding arrest warrant, Bacon co-hosted the GayVN Awards in January, continued to film for Men.com, and even appeared in a “reality” show in Florida for OutTV. Now, he’s accused of strangling someone and faces at least 12 years in prison for the two felonies.
Bacon’s next court date for a status hearing is July 1st. This is a developing story…
UPDATE 1:
As some might recall, Dawson Bacon has a history of being accused of violent assaults. Str8UpGayPorn was made aware of one incident in April of 2022, when Bacon allegedly attacked a former partner and broke through their apartment window before chasing them out of the property. Photos obtained by Str8Up show the broken window that Bacon then climbed through to stalk his alleged victim:

And below, exclusive video of the 2022 attack provided to Str8UpGayPorn today shows Bacon just after breaking the window and climbing into the Las Vegas apartment. He can be seen chasing the victim, who was defending themself with a knife, through the apartment and then outside, despite being told repeatedly to “back the fuck up.” Note that Bacon appears to be foaming at the mouth, out of breath, and extremely intoxicated as he pursues his victim:
No charges were filed following this April 2022 break-in, but the person who lived in this apartment tells Str8Up that they were attacked again in September of 2022, and Bacon allegedly gave them a black eye. Str8Up has seen a photo of this black eye, but in order to protect the victim’s identity, the photo cannot be published. This victim is not connected to Bacon’s arrest this week, which involved a separate victim in a different house.
UPDATE 2:
Dawson Bacon’s Clark County record is almost as extensive as his Drake Von scene list with Men.com. Str8Up has found the court docket for another one of Bacon’s arrests, and this one was for two misdemeanor battery charges in September 2022. This appears to be connected to the assault mentioned above that resulted in the black eye, and the case was ultimately dismissed in 2023 after Bacon pleaded no contest. Conditions of the plea included staying out of trouble, attending an impulse control counseling class, and having no contact with the victim. The record is below (click to enlarge), and it’s again worth noting that Bacon has worked as an exclusive with Men.com since 2024, despite multiple arrests and a history of violence. It’s not clear if his scene partners were made aware of this history, but if Men.com knew, one would hope that they informed his co-stars and crew members in production.
UPDATE 3:
The $25,246 bond was posted several hours ago, but Bacon is still in custody as of this update (9pm PT on Wednesday night). A clerk from the Clark County Detention Center tells Str8Up that after bond is posted, it can take 12 to 24 hours before someone begins working on an inmate’s file and processes their release.
UPDATE 4:
Dawson Bacon was released from custody early this morning, June 4th, at which time he resumed posting photoshopped dick pics and OnlyFans links on his Twitter. His bond was secured using 911 Bail Bonds in Las Vegas, and as noted earlier, his next court date for a status check is July 1st. The victim in this case has not been identified.
UPDATE 5:
Sometime over the last 24 hours, Men.com scrubbed their entire site to remove all of Drake Von’s scenes and his profile page. The message above is what you see when attempting to land on any of the pages that used to feature Drake Von. While innocent until proven guilty certainly applies in a court of law, Men.com obviously has no obligation to keep featuring content starring someone accused of strangling their girlfriend. Deleting everything was probably no loss for parent company Aylo, given how poorly reviewed and disliked Von’s scenes were to begin with. Also, Str8Up has been told repeatedly that Von is insufferable on set and impossible to work with, and no one in production ever liked him. So again, no loss for Men.com.
UPDATE 6:
LVPD has released bodycam footage of officers interviewing Dawson Bacon’s victim, which may be disturbing to watch for anyone who’s been a victim of domestic abuse. Via TMZ:
