[UPDATED] Exclusive: William Futral, Owner Of Gay Porn Studio TheGuySite.com, Murdered In Florida

Str8UpGayPorn is shocked and saddened to report that William Futral, the owner of gay porn studio TheGuySite.com, was found murdered in his Tampa, Florida apartment on May 1st. Futral was 52 years old, and his body was discovered by a maintenance man doing a wellness check after a TheGuySite model reported that Futral had not returned his calls for several days.
Tampa police issued a press release about the murder and did not identify Futral by name, but Str8Up has confirmed with a source knowledgeable of the investigation that the victim was Futral, who died as a result of upper body trauma. Here’s the Tampa police press release, which states that Futral’s murder was a “targeted attack”:
The Tampa Police Department is investigating a homicide at the Beck Apartments, located at 8801 Hidden River Parkway. On May 1, 2023, just after 2:30 p.m., officers were dispatched to the apartment complex after a maintenance worker discovered the body of a deceased adult male. An autopsy on the victim revealed he died as a result of upper body trauma. This is believed to be a targeted attack and there is no threat to the public at this time. The investigation is ongoing and any additional updates will be provided via a press release from TPD’s Public Information Office. While a suspect in the murder has not yet been publicly named, there is extremely disturbing yet unconfirmed speculation among Str8Up’s sources regarding the killer’s identity. As more information becomes available, this story will be updated.
TheGuySite was launched by Futral in 2005 and was known for featuring rugged, masculine, and often gay-for-pay male porn stars in solo and duo sex scenes. As owner, producer, and director, Futral was considered soft-spoken, kind, and generous, and he was extremely well-liked among his peers.
