FamilyDick “Not At Liberty To Discuss” Whether Or Not Former Owner Legrand Wolf Took Control Of Their Domains

Two weeks ago, FamilyDick’s parent company Paper Street told its customers and affiliates that their site FamilyDick.com (along with other sites they operated, including YoungPerps, LatinLeche, and their affiliate site ChargedCash) were the target of a “cyber-attack.” As a reminder, here was what Paper Street told everyone in an email sent out on February 14th:

Late night on Friday, we were the target of a cyber-attack that has taken control of several of our website domains and these domains now are being redirected to other websites. Our team is working diligently to regain control of our domains.

After the sites remained out of Paper Street’s control for three days, I reached out to the company for an explanation. The hosting company, GoDaddy, should’ve been able to return the domains to them by then, so I asked when or if the sites would ever be “back to normal” (whoever took control of the domains has been redirecting them to various FamilyDick competitors). A rep issued the below response on February 17th, stating that they still “legally own[ed]” the domains, and that it was an “ongoing dilemma that’s still unraveling”:

As you can imagine it’s been a hellish couple of days, we’re working very diligently to resolve this mess. There was no other loss other than just our 4 domains, which we still legally own and are expecting to have up sooner than later, it might be a couple more days :/ This is still an ongoing dilemma that’s still unraveling…

Again, that response was 10 days ago, and as of today (two weeks since the “cyber-attack”), Paper Street still does not have control of the domains they say they legally own. While the hosting company would not provide details or confirmation to Str8UpGayPorn about the alleged hack, it’s hard to believe that, after two weeks, GoDaddy would be unable to resolve a hack and return domains to their rightful owner.

Then, earlier this week, Str8UpGayPorn received an anonymous tip that FamilyDick and the other sites actually weren’t hacked at all, but that they were taken over by Legrand Wolf, the porn star/producer who launched FamilyDick back in 2017 (not to mention MormonBoyz several years prior to that, which had to change its name to “MissionaryBoys”) and operated it for nearly two years before being removed from the company after an alleged dispute with his sister, who stayed on board at the company. Str8UpGayPorn has been unable to confirm if it was in fact Legrand Wolf who took control of FamilyDick and the other sites, and Wolf has not responded to Str8Up’s request for comment.

Paper Street did respond to my inquiry about Legrand Wolf allegedly taking over the domains, but they would neither confirm nor deny the information. Instead, the rep explained that they “are not at liberty to discuss the circumstances.” Here was the response:

Thank you for reaching out. We are not at liberty to discuss all the circumstances at the current time. However, we are working diligently to regain control of the domains. We are excited about the official launch of our network SayUncle!

SayUncle is the megasite and new home of FamilyDick (and YoungPerps et al.), and as of post time, the FamilyDick.com, YoungPerps.com, and LatinLeche.com domains are still being redirected to various competitors. The fact that GoDaddy has not returned the domains to Paper Street indicates that there is, obviously, a legal dispute with whoever did take control of them.

If the person who took control of FamilyDick.com has a legal right to the domain, do they also have a right to the entire FamilyDick brand? This story will be updated as information becomes available.
