Florida Judge OKs Gay Porn Work For Alleged Wife Beater Sebastian Young
He’s facing a first degree battery charge after allegedly beating his wife with a cutting board, his fists, and even a cake, but that isn’t stopping gay porn star Sebastian Young from filming more gay porn.
According to the police report published exclusively on Str8UpGayPorn, Young was arrested earlier this month for violently assaulting his wife in their Florida home. Despite that disturbing report, an Atlanta-based gay porn studio has elected to hire Sebastian Young just this week to film gay porn scenes with other performers. And despite his extensive history of arrests, incarcerations, and prior felony convictions, Volusia County Court Judge Belle Schumann (pictured above, left) has signed a court order giving Sebastian Young (whose arraignment is this Thursday) permission to leave the state of Florida so he can shoot gay porn in Atlanta.

Regardless of the ethical questions that come with hiring an alleged wife beater and drug user to have sex with people in porn videos, there are very real security questions (not to mention potential legal and financial ramifications) for this gay porn studio’s hiring of Sebastian Young this week. [Update: Any earlier version of this story identified Men.com as the Atlanta gay porn studio, but there are at least two other companies currently filming in the area (Juicy Boys and Fort Troff). As of post time, Tee Gates has not responded to my request for comment, and it’s unclear which studio has hired Young.]
Less than three weeks ago, Young disappeared for 24 hours. He finally returned home in an alleged methamphetamine haze and told his wife that “someone was following him all day.” Then, Young allegedly broke down a bathroom door and beat his wife until she blacked out. There are dozens of readily available gay porn actors in the United States who were not arrested for beating their wives unconscious 18 days ago, and the one person the gay porn studio wants to hire is a violent felon who can’t even be there without a fucking court order? Bringing Sebastian Young onto a gay porn set this week—where he will obviously be having close, intimate physical contact with other people—is reckless, inexcusable, and incomprehensible.
Equally irresponsible: The incompetent and clueless Judge Belle Schumann. Giving a convicted felon who’s facing criminal charges permission to travel across state lines for work is fairly lenient. Giving that permission to someone like Sebastian Young (one of Young’s prior convictions is for battery!) so he can film gay porn is reprehensible. Also, allowing someone who stands accused of battery (for at least the third time) permission to have contact with his battery victim is absolutely fucking insane.
Given that this is at least the second time Young is being charged with battery, state law allows prosecutors to charge him with felony battery, which carries a prison sentence of up to five years. Of course, this is Florida, so whatever the right outcome is for this case, the complete opposite of that will happen.
