Gay Porn Star Accused Of Murdering TheGuySite Owner Takes New Booking Photo After Being Moved To Tampa Prison
Str8UpGayPorn has learned that capital murder suspect Richard Lam, a.k.a. gay-for-pay porn star “Ludvig,” was moved to a prison in Tampa, Florida while awaiting trial for murdering TheGuySite owner William Futral, which Str8Up first reported exclusively last year. Lam’s new booking photo, as seen above, was snapped last week when he was transferred.

Following the manhunt leading to his arrest last May, Lam was locked up in Orange County, Florida, where he was already on felony probation at the time of his arrest for Futral’s murder in Tampa. As you’ll recall, Lam was on probation for strangling a previous gay lover, and two weeks ago, he admitted to violating that probation, as Orange County court records show:
Documents on this case (which is separate from the murder case) have been requested, but as of now, it’s not clear what punishment Lam will receive for violating probation. Also, doesn’t admitting to violating probation indicate that Lam is probably preparing to plead guilty to the murder?
It appears that the resolution of the probation violation case prompted the transfer to Tampa in Hillsborough County, which is where the murder case is being prosecuted. Lam faces the death penalty if convicted of murdering the owner of TheGuySite, and his next hearing date is set for March 5th.
