More bad news for Kitara Ravache, as an ex-boyfriend is speaking to media outlets and calling the disgraced congressman a “psychopathic liar.” The ex, Pedro Vilarva, is also revealing that Kitara was actually married to the ex’s former roommate when they were dating.
