Republican Candidate Charged With Murdering Wife Wins Election—From Jail!

I wrote that back on the night of the 2016 election, and I think it’s now more true than ever. Forget Trump, JD Vance, Boebert and Taylor-Greene, Gaetz, Dr. Oz, and the completely illegitimate Supreme Court. It’s American voters who are the true evil, and it’s the voters in this country who are so fucking stupid, so grotesquely insane, and so morally bankrupt, they are now attempting to elect literal murderers into positions of power. A murder suspect could be on the Boone County Republican ballot in November unless he withdraws his name.
Andrew Wilhoite is one of three candidates who won the Republican nod in Tuesday’s election to pursue a seat on the Clinton Township Board in November’s general election. Wilhoite earned 60 votes to his colleagues’ 106 and 110.
Wilhoite was charged with murder in March after confessing to police that he hit his wife with a concrete planter and dumped her body in a creek, according to a probable cause affidavit.

A Republican candidate charged with murdering his breast cancer survivor wife has won his primary for Indiana town position from jail while awaiting trial.
Elizabeth ‘Nikki’ Wilhoite, 41, was killed after her husband, Andrew Wilhoite, 39, struck her with a gallon-size cement flowerpot after she found out he was having an affair during her chemotherapy treatment, according to a probable cause affidavit.
Brad King, co-director of the bipartisan Indiana Election Division told the newspaper there is ‘no reason’ he can’t be a candidate, because ‘under our system you are innocent until you are proven guilty.
Indiana State Police were called to assist with the investigation and interviewed Andrew, during which he reportedly confessed to the affair, claiming Nikki ‘had taken the news hard.’
Later during that interrogation, Andrew also admitted to killing Nikki after she had begun yelling at him about the affair, started ‘physically striking’ him and ordered him to leave the family home.
He confessed to throwing Nikki out of the front door of the house and striking her in the face with the flowerpot. He then threw her body over the wall of a bridge and into the nearby creek, police said.
When asked if Nikki was still breathing when he dumped her in the water, Andrew said, ‘he didn’t know because he didn’t check’ but did not recall ‘her groaning or moving at all.’
Police claim Andrew then proceeded to pick up the shards of broken flowerpot, place them in a plastic bag and throw them out of his truck window while on his way to drop off a corn shipment in Linden, Indiana.
Police found Nikki’s body in March ‘partially submerged in approximately three feet of water,’ according to Indiana State Police.
Cheating on your wife while she has cancer, killing her, dumping her body into a shallow creek, delivering corn, going to jail, and then winning an election—after admitting to committing murder. That’s America. Get out now while you still can.
