Last week, gay porn star Justin Stone became the second performer to accuse JustForFans owner Dominic Ford of sexual assault, following the first accusation made a few days prior by performer Tannor Reed. Following Stone’s (as seen above, left) accusations, Ford attorney Gill Sperlein (as seen above, right, at a community service event) sent two letters to Stone threatening to sue him for defamation if he didn’t delete the tweets containing the sexual assault allegations. Here was the first threat letter:

And here was the second threat letter:

Stone’s accusations—he claims that Ford sexually assaulted him in a London hotel last year—against Ford were made in a series of tweets, as seen below (for the complete report, as well as the history of Ford and Stone’s contentious relationship, click here).

In one tweet, Stone wrote that “Dominic Ford is a rapist” multiple times.

Sperlein gave Stone until Wednesday (two days ago) to delete the initial tweets about the alleged London sexual assault, and until today to delete the “Dominic Ford is a rapist” tweet. Despite the threats, Stone refused to delete his tweets, and he told his followers today that he “never got a lawsuit notice,” adding that, “I guess this means I’m not being sued.”

But, when reached for comment by Str8UpGayPorn, Sperlein has vowed to proceed with the defamation suit against Stone, writing:

It may come as a surprise to some, but quality legal work is not like going to a fast food counter and ordering some fries. Justin missed the deadline, so we will be filing suit. We have a year to do it and still make the statute of limitations. I would expect it to be done far sooner than that.

While Sperlein noted that he and Ford have one year to file the suit, the statute of limitations for defamation in Florida (where Ford and Stone live) is actually two years, according to Florida Statutes sections 95.11. Perhaps Sperlein was unaware of this.

This is a developing story.
