FraternityX Pays Homage To Patrick Bateman’s Infamous Titty Mag Scene Using Poster Of Naked Lady
Those of you who were watching gay porn in 2009 might remember a scene on Falcon’s now defunct Str8Men site that featured gay-for-pay hunk Patrick Bateman (remember him? congratulations, you are extremely fucking old like me) topping Marc Stone. Upon its release, I was running the Unzipped.net blog (if you know what the Unzipped blog was, congratulations again, it’s where my reign of terror began), and this scene was considered extremely controversial, at the time! Why? Because while fucking Marc Stone, Patrick Bateman placed a straight porn titty magazine on Marc’s back, indicating to viewers that the only way big-dicked Pat could fuck another dude’s ass was if he was looking at naked ladies simultaneously.
While there was plenty of straight guy-themed gay porn being released in 2009 (Sean Cody had already been around for a decade at this point), this scene and the backlash it caused was the first time I remember gay-for-pay porn being met with such anger and frustration online. The explicit presence of boobs and pussies in the scene was bad enough, but viewers were even more upset by the implied homophobia and the disrespect of the bottom.
And you thought Men.com’s cabal of hysterical girlfriends and wives was offensive?! I wish Unzipped was still online so I could show you all of the comments that were left about this scene. Trust me, the gays were pissed.
Why am I recounting this Patrick Bateman scene? Well, not much has changed in gay porn over the last 12 years, and gay-for-pay is still as popular as ever. Today on FraternityX, one of the gangbang tops rips a poster off the wall featuring a scantily clad lady:

While I doubt any of these bros knew they were recreating Patrick Bateman’s most scandalous scene (in 2009, they were probably still in elementary school), this is still a nice homage to a bit of gay porn history.
Just as tacky and offensively hot, but an homage nonetheless.
