Gay-For-Pay Porn Star Steven Miles BEGS Judge For Leniency Ahead Of Jan 6. Sentencing, Says He Assaulted Cops Because Someone Killed His Cat And Called Him “Cracker”
As Str8UpGayPorn reported exclusively last year, convicted domestic terrorist Steven Miles (a.k.a. gay-for-pay porn star Sergeant Miles, who appeared in bareback anal sex scenes with other men for disgraced genocidal studio owner Michael Lucas) pleaded guilty to assaulting police officers before smashing a window and leading fellow white supremacist Proud Boys into the Capitol on January 6th, and he’ll be sentenced by U.S. District Court judge Jia Cobb on February 9th in Washington D.C.
DOJ sentencing guidelines recommended that Miles (seen above being anally penetrated by another man from the now defunct studio “All American Heroes”) should serve 24 to 30 months in prison, but ahead of his sentencing in two weeks, Miles has submitted a sentencing memorandum begging the judge to punish him only with probation and house arrest. In the memorandum (the full document is embedded below), Miles says he’s “accepted full responsibility for the crime which he committed,” and that he’s “humbled and humiliated.” Miles, through his attorney, also reiterates that “there is no doubt” he “committed the crime.”
“Video surveillance of the Defendant’s conduct leaves no doubt as to what he actually did. As a result, the Defendant knows, and most importantly accepts, that he must be punished for his criminal activities,” the memorandum states, as seen here:
That all sounds fine, but what gets submitted to the judge doesn’t reflect what Steven Miles is saying and doing every day in his personal life. Despite acknowledging his guilt for attacking the Capitol on January 6th in the memorandum submitted this week, Steven Miles has actually spent the entire month retweeting conspiracy memes and disinformation about January 6th which completely contradict the guilty plea he himself submitted last October. Here are just some of the lies about January 6th that Steven Miles (using his porn account “Sgt Miles”) has reposted to his over 60,000 followers this month:
Steven Miles is free to spread lies that January 6th was a “deep state (and/or FBI?) staged riot to cover up a stolen election,” but then why tell the judge the complete opposite, claiming to be “humbled and humiliated,” and that he “blames only himself”? And why would Miles make a mockery of his own defense attorney, who’s trying to keep him out of prison? While his attorney was writing the memorandum professing that Miles “accepts full responsibility,” Miles was simultaneously spreading a lie that he was “entrapped” by police who “willingly allowed him to enter the U.S. Capitol,” as seen below in Miles’ repost from psychotic MAGA ghoul Vivek Ramaswamy. Is this what being “willingly allowed to enter” looks like?
I wonder how judge Jia Cobb might feel if she knew that Miles, via his attorney, was blatantly lying to her about his remorse and his acceptance of responsibility for the violent crime he committed? Would she sanction the attorney for submitting these lies to her, or would she hold Miles accountable? Maybe both are to blame.
Getting back to the memorandum, Miles and his attorney try to excuse his crimes in D.C. by claiming he was raised by a drug-addicted mother, and that he lived in a dangerous part of Las Vegas where he survived drive-by shootings and witnessed his mother being raped. Miles also says the people who raped his mother killed his cat and wrote the words “die cracker” on a wall inside his home. Even if all of this were true (and, given it’s already been proven that the memorandum is full of lies, there’s no reason to believe any of it is), having a traumatic childhood doesn’t give anyone a get-out-of-jail-free card if you’re an adult who’s committed violent crimes. If anything, Miles should have even more of an understanding of the difference between right and wrong, if he endured everything he did as a little cracker in Las Vegas. Here’s that section of the bogus memorandum, which is best read while the sound of the tiniest violin plays in the background:
Again, even more of a reason why Miles should’ve known not to assault police officers and destroy a government building: He joined the military and supposedly served “with honor and distinguished leadership.”
Finally, here’s the request asking judge Cobb to waive all prison time and sentence Miles to probation and house arrest instead:
As noted above, Miles will be sentenced in two weeks, on February 9th, and Str8Up will have a report on that sentence as soon as it’s handed down. The full sentencing memorandum from Miles, via his attorney Ray Lopez, is below. Again, all of the “acceptance of responsibility” and in fact his entire guilty plea is in complete and direct contradiction to everything Miles has been sharing on social media not just for the last month, but for the last three years, including that 2021 tweet right after the insurrection, in which Miles blamed his own crimes on Black Lives Matter and Antifa:
