Incest Porn Director Nica Noelle Hires Lawyer Stephen A. Roach To Defend Her In “Feces Vineyard” Lawsuit
Just a brief update for those wondering about the status of the federal lawsuit filed against Nica Noelle and gay porn studio Icon Male: They’ve found a lawyer.
That lawyer, Stephen A. Roach (seen above, right), will be defending Noelle and Icon against the plaintiff’s claim that they illegally filmed multiple incest gay porn movies (leaving behind piles of trash and feces-stained underwear) in a Martha’s Vineyard home without the property owner’s knowledge or consent. Roach acknowledged the suit yesterday and made his first appearance announcing that he’d be defending the disgraced incest porn director, Icon Male parent company Mile High, and its owner Jon Blitt:

The fact that Nica Noelle was able to somehow find a lawyer is good news for her, but it’s even better news for all of us who are fans of the lawsuit, as it means we’ll be getting more regular updates on the case as it proceeds. Just keep your fingers crossed that Nica Noelle and Icon aren’t able to settle the case behind closed doors (like Michael Lucas did with the similar suit filed against him), as a full trial in open court would obviously be ideal. Maybe the plaintiff can even call Billy Santoro as a hostile witness to testify against Nica? One can only dream. Stay tuned…
