Can Sean Cody’s Arnie Make Sean Cody Great Again?
Today’s Sean Cody update is someone named Arnie, and here he is:
2016 has been a disappointing year in every way around the world, including the world of gay porn. And looking back at everything Sean Cody has released this year, it’s clear that Sean Cody doesn’t really feel like Sean Cody anymore.
Sean Cody used to introduce the best looking and most physically perfect men in all of gay porn, and all of those men fucked each other in some of the greatest gay porn scenes in history. This year, I can’t think of a single Sean Cody newcomer who has measured up to the men who made the studio famous, and Arnie is yet another example of the “new” Sean Cody.
Some will leave comments about how this Sean Cody model is actually cute, but they’ll have missed my point. So, again: Sean Cody used to introduce the best looking and most physically perfect men in all of gay porn—not regular guys who look fine with clothes on when you pass them on the street. The casting and production crews at Sean Cody must have changed since the site was sold in 2014, and the results of those changes have played out throughout 2016. If you can’t notice how dramatically Sean Cody has changed over the last two years—and not just the models, but also the way the scenes are filmed and edited—you were never a fan of the original studio.

The good news: I’m done whining about Sean Cody. Going forward, I’ll stop reviewing their new content in comparison to what the brand is historically known for, and will instead just treat Sean Cody as a completely new studio, critiqued only by how it compares to all of the other gay porn being released today. All my complaining has been because I’ve held Sean Cody to a high standard that’s based totally on the past (which is my own dumb fault), and the past is over.
And who knows? Having no expectations of them might somehow make Sean Cody great again!
