DOJ To Judge: Send Gay-For-Pay Porn Star Steven Miles To Prison For 30 Months!
Well, the moment we’ve all been waiting for is almost here. This coming Friday, February 9th, homophobic gay-for-pay porn star turned Proud Boy and convicted domestic terrorist “Sergeant” Steven Miles will be sentenced for his role in the January 6th, 2021 insurrection, in which Miles assaulted police officers and helped facilitate illegal entry into the Capitol when he smashed a window with a wooden beam and stormed the building with fellow MAGA white supremacist thugs. You’ve seen the video of Miles committing those crimes, to which he pleaded guilty late last year, and you’ve read the defense attorney’s sentencing memorandum begging the judge to place Miles on probation (as opposed to sending him to prison), and now it’s time to read the government’s sentencing memorandum. Perhaps not surprisingly, Assistant United States Attorney Michael Gordon has asked the judge to send Miles to prison for 30 months, which is the maximum amount of time outlined in the Sentencing Guidelines that were included in Miles’ plea agreement.
Gordon states convincingly that Miles has already been given an extraordinary amount of leniency in his plea agreement, in which multiple charges were already dropped. Had Miles not taken the plea and been convicted on all the felonies, the self-described mentally ill cracker would be looking at over 40 years in prison. Gordon also compares Miles to other Proud Boys who’ve been convicted on similar if not identical charges, and points out how 30 months incarceration would be comparable to their sentences. He also argues (as did I in my coverage last month—maybe I should be a U.S. Attorney!?) that Miles should’ve known not to assault police officers and destroy a government building, given his service in the armed forces. Here are key portions of AUSA Gordon’s sentencing memorandum (the entire document is embedded below at the end of this article):
As noted above, Steven Miles will be sentenced this Friday in Washington D.C. District Court, where he’s been ordered to appear in person. The full sentencing memorandum:
