Alicia Keys Bought The “Razor House” Where Donald Burns Tried To Convince Sean Cody To Film Gay Porn Scenes

It feels like a lifetime ago, but remember Donald Burns? Also, remember Donald Burns’ “Razor House” in La Jolla, California, where Burns tried to get Sean Cody to film gay porn scenes? Singer Alicia Keys bought that house from Donald Burns last summer, and details of the purchase were revealed on the season premiere of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles this week.

As you’ll recall, Donald Burns is the Republican multi-millionaire who admitted during trial testimony that he hired or attempted to hire at least one dozen Sean Cody models (as seen below) to fuck him during group orgies in his mansions across the country, and he was eventually extorted by one of those Sean Cody models, Jarec Wentworth. Wentworth was convicted and served nearly five years in prison before being released last April.

While it’s not known if Donald Burns hosted group orgies with Sean Cody porn stars in the Razor House, it is known that Burns unsuccessfully tried to convince Sean Cody to film gay porn scenes in the house. As revealed during testimony in the Wentworth trial, Sean Cody rejected Burns’ invitation to film gay porn stars fucking in the house because the all-glass design couldn’t afford Sean Cody the privacy they needed.

When news of Alicia Keys’ Razor House purchase on Million Dollar Listing came out this week, one former Sean Cody employee (whose name has been redacted below) wrote on his Facebook page, “LOL, if she only knew…LOL”

Alicia Keys and her husband, Swiss Beatz, bought the Razor House for $20.8 million (it was listed at $30 million, so they got a good deal), and while they’re both high profile celebrities, they apparently weren’t as concerned with privacy as Sean Cody was. At the Wentworth trial, a Sean Cody employee said that they did consider Burns’ offer and sent a production team to the Razor House, but due to bad lighting and no privacy, they ultimately declined. Burns told the Sean Cody production team that having them film in his home would be “something to brag about” to his friends.

Finally, as Str8Up first reported in 2015, Donald Burns filed a lawsuit seeking $1,000,000 from the agent who sold him the Razor House in 2011 due to “intentional misrepresentation,” “negligent misrepresentation,” and “fraudulent concealment”—all because the mansion didn’t provide Burns with “private access” to a nude beach (Black’s Beach) below the house, which Burns said he was promised. Burns may have also been bitter over not being able to host Sean Cody film shoots at the house, but either way, Burns lost the lawsuit in 2018, and the jury ruled in favor of the agent, Robert Hurwitz. Burns is identified in the below verdict form by his LLC, “9826 LFRCA”:

Once an unfulfilled fantasy for a disgruntled Sean Cody stan, and now the home of a 15-time Grammy winner, here are more photos and a video of the Razor House:
