Racist Gay Porn Star Antonio Biaggi Loses City Commissioner Election In Florida
The race for president hasn’t been called as of post time (although, Biden looks to have it wrapped up, assuming his lead in Nevada holds), but the absolutely crucial and equally important race for City Commissioner in Wilton Manors, Florida has been called, and racist gay porn star Antonio Biaggi has lost.
In June, Str8Up reported that Biaggi (running under his legal name, Juan Melecio) announced he was running for one of two open City Commissioner seats in Wilton Manors, and he managed to raise over $2,500 on GoFundMe to help fund his campaign. Biaggi—who starred in dozens of gay porn scenes from 2007 to 2015—received those donations despite making headlines in 2015 and 2017 for his use of racial slurs on social media, but actual voters knew better. Per Broward County’s final results, racist Biaggi came in second to last place, with just 644 votes:
While the two seats will be filled by Mike Bracchi and Chris Caputo, Biaggi appeared to blame his loss on “white privilege queens” who care about “money not human rights,” as well as Wilton Manors being “full of racists,” as seen in the below tweets:
While he takes issue with white people in the above tweets, Biaggi spent 2015 fighting a $14,000,000 defamation lawsuit for harassing and defaming a black man on social media. The lawsuit—in which Biaggi used his Facebook and Twitter accounts to publish multiple defamatory statements about a black Virginia man—went into settlement out of court and was dismissed by the end of 2017, and it included the accusation that Biaggi sent an email to the black man telling him to “go pick cotton you n****r.”
