Gay-For-Pay Porn Star Insurrectionist “Sergeant” Steven Miles Has Plea Agreement Hearing Delayed AGAIN, But This Might Be The Last Time
After over a year’s worth of delays, could white supremacist and gay-for-pay insurrectionist “Sergeant” Steven Miles finally be headed to prison for assaulting police officers and destroying property while breaking into the Capitol and attempting to overthrow the government during the January 6th terror attack? Maybe.
As Str8Up reported exclusively nearly 18 months ago, homophobic former Raging Stallion/Lucas Entertainment porn actor Sergeant Miles was arrested for rioting on the Capitol in support of 91-time indicted former president Donald J. Trump, and he’s now facing over 50 years in prison on six felony counts stemming from his violent rampage. While he initially pleaded not guilty, Miles and his attorney have been working on a plea deal with prosecutors for over a year, and after multiple delays, the plea agreement hearing had been scheduled for last week, but that hearing was delayed yet again. However, unlike past continuances that were stretched out for months, this latest one is only two weeks away, which could indicate that attorneys are closer than ever to reaching a deal that could finally send the wretched gay-for-pay bigoted MAGA ghoul to prison for years. Click the image below to enlarge the latest update, which orders Miles (who’s currently on restricted house arrest in Tampa, Florida) to appear in D.C. federal court on October 19th:
A reminder of Miles’ felony counts and the maximum prison sentences for each one as we await the October 19th hearing and potential sentencing:

—18:111(a)(1); ASSAULTING/RESISTING/IMPEDING OFFICERS/EMPLOYEES; Assaulting, Resisting, or Impeding Certain Officers (8 years in prison)
—18:1361; GOVERNMENT PROPERTY OR CONTRACTS (>1000); Destruction of Government Property (10 years in prison)
—18:1752(a)(1); TEMPORARY RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT; Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building or Grounds (10 years in prison)

—18:1752(a)(4) and (b)(1)(A); TEMPORARY RESIDENCE OF THE PRESIDENT; Physical Violence in a Restricted Building or Grounds with a Deadly or Dangerous Weapon (10 years in prison)
And how is the “Sergeant” spending his last few days of freedom? By giving sycophantic and delusional praise to fellow brain dead Floridian Matt Gaetz, of course:
