Michael Lucas Headed To California For Deposition In Feces Mansion Lawsuit
As previously reported, disgraced bigot Michael Lucas is scheduled to be in federal court this October to face a half million dollar lawsuit for fraudulently renting a California mansion and desecrating the property by leaving it covered in drugs, urine, semen, and fecal matter.
The trial and lawsuit against Lucas—who has already admitted to NBC News that he lied to plaintiff Kristina Knapic about filming pornography on her property—could be settled out of court during mediation this summer, and we now know when that process will begin. In court documents filed yesterday, deposition dates were announced. Michael Lucas (legal name Andrei Treivas) and a rep for Lucas Entertainment (which could in theory also just be Lucas himself, unless he forces one of his employees to speak on behalf of the company) will be deposed on July 5th and July 6th in Santa Barbara:
Knapic is also scheduled to be deposed on July 6th.
It’s not clear when or if the 10 Lucas Entertainment crew members and models—including Jake Andrews, Rafael Lords, Spencer Whitman, Ashton Summers, Hugh Hunter, and Dylan James—named as “does 1-10” in the lawsuit will be deposed. If the lawsuit goes to trial, they and anyone else who worked on the two gay porn movies (Bareback Boyfriend Swap and Hole Wreckers) filmed at the mansion will almost certainly be called as witnesses. Knapic is seeking at least $500,000 in damages.
