Gay Porn Star Tom Faulk Sentenced To Seven Years In Prison For Evading Arrest

As first reported here last year, gay porn star Tom Faulk was arrested on felony methamphetamine and evading arrest charges in Texas back in October of 2018. Thanks to a commenter tip today, we’ve now learned that Faulk appears to have taken a plea deal, and the drug charges have been dropped. In exchange for the dismissed drug charges, Faulk pleaded guilty to the evading arrest charge, and he’s been sentenced to seven years in state prison:

I don’t know if seven years in prison can ever be considered a “good” deal, but because Faulk allegedly manufactured and/or delivered more than 200 grams of meth, he might have been facing even more than seven years had he not taken the deal.

Per Faulk’s inmate record, he was eligible for parole beginning last month, but that obviously hasn’t been granted or considered yet. As of now, however, it’s projected that he’ll be released early, in September of 2022:

Faulk—who appeared in dozens of gay porn scenes for NakedSword, Men, NextDoorStudios, and FraternityX from 2012 through 2018—has given two in-depth interviews to Str8UpGayPorn over the years, and he interacted regularly with fans prior to his arrest last year. Fans looking to keep in touch with him during his incarceration can write to Faulk in prison, and a friend posting to Faulk’s Twitter account shared how he can be reached:
