Exclusive: Michael Lucas Settles Feces Mansion Lawsuit Out Of Court
Str8UpGayPorn has just learned that disgraced bigot Michael Lucas has settled the “Feces Mansion” lawsuit brought against him by Kristina Knapic. The suit has been fully settled with the assistance of a court-appointed mediator, and terms of the settlement were not disclosed.
Knapic’s lawsuit alleged that Lucas and Lucas Entertainment fraudulently rented her California mansion (seen above in Lucas’s Instagram photos) via Airbnb to film pornographic films, and then desecrated the property by leaving it covered in drugs, urine, semen, and fecal matter. Last November, Knapic provided photos to Daily Mail that showed fecal matter on linens and carpet, as well as needles, enema kits, and other paraphernalia that Lucas left in her home.
The trial and lawsuit against Lucas—who had already admitted to NBC News that he lied to Knapic about filming pornography on her property—was set to begin in October, with depositions scheduled for next month. But as Str8UpGayPorn has confirmed, Lucas actually settled with Knapic on June 17th during mediation.
Lucas and Knapic must file the fact of settlement with the court in the coming days, but terms of the settlement and how much (if anything) Lucas agreed to pay will likely be sealed. Knapic was seeking at least $500,000 in damages and an injunction on sales of the Lucas movies filmed in her home, Bareback Boyfriend Swap and Hole Wreckers.
