[UPDATED] Gay-For-Pay Insurrectionist Steven Miles Posts Photos On Porn Site After Being Moved From Federal Prison To Florida Halfway House
[Update: This story has been updated down below with a response from the Federal Bureau Of Prisons.]
Gay-for-pay insurrectionist and convicted January 6th domestic terrorist Steven Miles (a.k.a. porn star Sergeant Miles) was transferred from a federal prison to a Florida halfway house last month, and the homophobic white supremacist recently made multiple posts to his adult fan page alerting followers of the news.
While Miles’ release date from the Jesup Federal Correctional Institution in Georgia had been scheduled for December 20th, 2025, he was moved sometime last month to Residential Reentry Management Orlando, a halfway house contracted by the Bureau of Prisons that “provides assistance to inmates who are nearing release.” Given that Miles’ release date isn’t exactly “near” (it’s still a year away), it’s not clear why he was moved to the halfway house already, but perhaps there’s a relatively short enough time left to justify the transfer.
The first new photo and message from Miles on his Loyal Fans page is below, in which he wrote on November 16th, “Guess who’s back. Finally out I’ll be getting back to work soon. Go [sic] super skinny but that’s OK”:
In February of this year, Miles was sentenced to two years in prison after pleading guilty to assaulting Washington D.C. police officers during his attempt to overthrow the government on January 6th, 2021 at the behest of now president-elect Donald Trump. He wasn’t officially locked up and reported as being at Jesup until April, which means he served just over seven months of the two-year sentence before being moved to the halfway house, where he’s still a federal inmate, still technically in federal custody, and still under supervision.
In an additional post shared last Friday (first shared with me by Twitter user SeeHimFucks), Miles, who is still clearly mentally ill and suffering severe delusions of grandeur, wrote, “I’m so happy that everyone has finally realized I was right and voted for Trump”:
Miles, like many of the domestic terrorists who were convicted for carrying out Trump’s attempted coup, is presumably expecting to be pardoned by Trump when he’s sworn back in on January 20th. If such a pardon is granted, Miles would be released after serving about 10 months of the two-year sentence, despite his own guilty plea and despite overwhelming video evidence of Miles shoving and beating police officers before violently smashing in a window and illegally entering the Capitol.
In another shirtless photo post on his adult fan page last week, Miles wrote, “Been trying to get myself back in shape”:
Despite Miles being under federal supervision and custody, he’s apparently still able to use social media and operate his pornographic membership website, unless of course this is a violation of the Bureau Of Prisons and halfway house rules? UPDATE:
The Federal Bureau Of Prisons has responded to Str8Up’s questions about Steven Miles’ use of a pornographic website while in custody and whether or not that was permitted. While the representative could not comment specifically about Miles, he did provide a general response stating that inmates are not permitted to access pornographic websites while in custody, and if they are found in violation of this rule, they could face disciplinary actions. Here was the relevant portion of the public affairs specialist’s response:
Individuals in community confinement are permitted to possess a cellular phone and have access to the internet and social media. However, they are not permitted to possess, access, or post pornographic material to any website. All incarcerated individuals in the Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) who are found to violate the “Inmate Discipline Program” policy are subject to sanctions.
