Not Again: Here’s Another Gay Porn Performer With A Confederate Flag Tattoo, And This One’s From ChaosMen
Just last month, Sean Cody faced severe backlash after they tried (and failed) to cover up a racist Confederate Flag tattoo on one of their models, who had both of his scenes subsequently removed from the site. Today, gay porn studio ChaosMen has their own model with a racist Confederate Flag tattoo, but unlike Sean Cody, ChaosMen didn’t try to blur this one out, and it’s clearly visible on the model’s right arm:
Last month, Sean Cody’s Zane was seen with his tattoo featuring the Confederate Flag emblazoned across the state of Texas. Today, ChaosMen’s “Basil” is also seen with a Confederate Flag tattoo on his right arm:
According to Texas-based ChaosMen, Basil is a “local guy” who “dances in clubs and some of the higher-end male dance troupes.” Basil’s Confederate Flag tattoo is part of a larger tattoo with an American flag to its left, and some sort of animal holding both flags, along with a pile of money:
Despite being classified by the ADL as a symbol of hate commonly used by white supremacists, the Confederate Flag has been the go-to racist tattoo for several gay porn stars over the last few years, with ChaosMen’s Basil just the latest in a string of gay porn stars who’ve chosen to have hateful symbols permanently painted onto their bodies. Why studios continue to put those bodies and those racist symbols on display in their content is beyond comprehension.
