Gay Porn Star Turned Domestic Terrorist Steven Miles Sentenced To TWO YEARS In Prison For Jan. 6 Insurrection
Gay-for-pay porn star and Proud Boy white supremacist Steven Miles (known in gay porn as “Sergeant Miles”) was sentenced to two years in federal prison today after pleading guilty to assaulting Capitol police in support of former president Donald Trump. During the January 6th insurrection, Miles punched and shoved officers before facilitating illegal entry into the Capitol when he smashed a window with a wooden beam and stormed the building with fellow MAGA terrorists, as seen below.
Miles took a plea deal late last year and was convicted on one count—assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers—but he had been facing multiple felonies for attacking the Capitol that could’ve landed him in prison for 45 years. Instead, prosecutors accepted Miles’ guilty plea on the assault charge and asked that he be sentenced to 30 months in prison. Judge Jia Cobb went slightly lower than that with a 24-month sentence, as well as $2000 in restitution and one year of supervised release following incarceration. As you’ll recall, Miles had asked that he only be sentenced to probation, with no prison time, blaming his violent attempt to overthrow the government on so-called PTSD from his time in the military and allegedly being called a “cracker” by black men when he was a child. Notes from the sentencing hearing this afternoon (click to enlarge):
As seen above, it appears Miles has not yet had to turn himself in for incarceration, but that should be happening in the coming days.
Miles, who is 40 years old and stands 5’6″, has performed in gay porn since 2013, most notably for right-wing genocidal sociopath Michael Lucas of Lucas Entertainment. While Miles filmed porn for Lucas Entertainment up until his arrest, Lucas routinely came to the defense of Miles for his support of Donald Trump, his criticism of dead school children killed in mass shootings, and his interrogation of gay co-stars over their STI test results, with Lucas even writing an impassioned plea to the gay porn industry in April of 2021 (three months after Miles attacked the Capitol), imploring other producers to work with Miles and not ban him for his “political views.”
Long before the Lucas defense and long before the arrest, Sergeant Miles wreaked havoc on the gay porn industry, harassing gay models and spreading right-wing propaganda. In fact, Miles was rewarded for being a hateful bigot by gay industry “news” sites like QueerMeNow and TheSword, who both posted an open letter from Miles in which he defended his right to be a homophobe and a racist.
Despite pleading guilty and now being sent to prison for two years, Miles has shown no remorse for his crimes, and was still spreading January 6th and election conspiracy lies as recently as last month, before he disabled his Twitter account. And one week after he attacked the Capitol in 2021 (before he was arrested), Miles told his followers that it was actually Black Lives Matter and Antifa who led the insurrection, as seen below.
Following sentencing on a voluntary surrender, prisoners typically have about two weeks before they’re given notice on how and where they must turn themselves in. Str8UpGayPorn will continue to follow Miles’ incarceration status and will update this story once he’s been officially locked up.
